Hormel Foods Corporation is excited to offer the Supply Chain Development Associate position as part of our Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP). This program is meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, allowing participants to gain enriching experiences while working alongside seasoned leaders in the industry. Over the course of 33-36 months, associates will engage in diverse assignments across various functions, including Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Operations Management. This hands-on experience will not only familiarize participants with our processes and procedures but also expose them to critical areas such as People Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and LEAN/Operational Excellence. The SCDP is structured to build foundational skills in operations while enhancing leadership capabilities essential for career advancement at Hormel Foods. Participants will be challenged through cross-functional development rotations, gaining exposure to critical experiences that expedite the development of key Supply Chain and Leadership competencies. The program emphasizes the importance of networking, providing opportunities to connect with senior supply chain leadership and participate in structured learning events. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into key operations roles within Hormel Foods, aligning with current business needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to push their boundaries and develop into proficient operations professionals, contributing to the management of Hormel's portfolio of iconic brands and ensuring that our trusted products reach tables across the globe.
