About The Position

This position is a remote role for a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) based in the Tri-Cities/Yakima, WA area. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to various store locations within their assigned territory, which requires driving a personal vehicle approximately 55 miles per day. The role is part-time, offering flexible schedules and requires working 20-25 hours per week. TSAs will represent major brands, sell and maintain product distribution, and ensure effective merchandising execution. The work schedule overlaps core hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, depending on business needs.

Requirements

• Must have a valid US state issued driver's license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the specified territory boundaries.
• Must be able to drive long distances for multiple sales calls daily.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop down, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently.
• Must be able to use tablet technology.
• Must have daily access to wireless internet.
• Must have flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.

Nice To Haves

• 3-4 years of food merchandising experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey items in assigned territory.
• Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.
• Achieve merchandising objectives through effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions.
• Report daily activities using tablets and submit upon completion of each day.
• Manage sales territory, which varies due to size, number of retailers, and location.

Benefits

• Hourly starting rate of $16.75 - $17.75 per hour.
• Mileage reimbursement at 62 cents per mile for travel.
