About The Position

This position is a part-time role as a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexible schedules available. Candidates must reside in or be willing to commute to North Las Vegas, Tule Springs, Providence, Center Hills, or Sun City Summerlin. The role involves driving to various store locations, requiring the use of a personal vehicle for approximately 55 miles per day, with mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile. TSAs will represent major brands, selling and ensuring best-in-class merchandising, including building displays and increasing distribution of top-selling items. The work schedule is considered 'Continuous Part-Time,' averaging 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility based on personal and territory needs. The hourly starting rate ranges from $15.50 to $16.50, depending on skills and experience.

Requirements

• Must have a valid US state issued driver's license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage.
• Must reside or be willing to commute within the specified territory.
• Must be able to drive long distances for multiple sales calls daily.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop down, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently.
• Must be able to use tablet technology.
• Must have daily access to wireless internet.
• Must have flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 3-4 years food merchandising preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey Items in assigned territory.
• Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.
• Achieve all merchandising objectives through effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions.
• Report daily activities using tablets and submit upon completion of each day.
• Manage sales territory, which varies due to size, number of retailers, and location.
