About The Position

This position is a remote role for a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) based in Milwaukee, WI, requiring candidates to be comfortable traveling to various store locations. The TSA will represent major brands, selling and ensuring best-in-class merchandising, including building displays and increasing distribution of top-selling items. The role offers flexible schedules and is considered 'Continuous Part-Time', working 20-25 hours per week, with an average of 6-10+ account visits per day. The workday should overlap core hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, unless business needs dictate otherwise. The starting hourly rate is between $15.50 and $16.50, depending on skills, experience, and geographic location.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
  • Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
  • Must maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage.
  • Must reside or be willing to commute within the specified territory boundaries.
  • Must be able to drive long distances for multiple sales calls daily.
  • Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop down, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be able to use tablet technology.
  • Must have daily access to wireless internet.
  • Must have flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.
  • Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-4 years of food merchandising experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey Items in assigned territory.
  • Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans.
  • Achieve all merchandising objectives through effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays.
  • Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions.
  • Report daily activities using tablets, submitting upon completion of each day.
  • Manage sales territory, which varies due to territory size, number of retailers, and location.
