Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of licensed driving experience
• Driver's License with a good driving record
• Strong understanding of software systems and technology, including Google Tools
• Exceptional customer service and people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong inclination to learn

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of residential buildings to assess energy efficiency and ensure compliance with Title 24 energy codes.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, including blower door tests and duct leakage tests, to evaluate building performance.
• Provide detailed documentation and reports on inspection findings, including potential energy efficiency upgrades.
• Communicate inspection results and recommend energy-saving measures to contractors and homeowners.
• Stay updated on California energy codes, standards, and best practices in energy efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain HERS Rater certification.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned to uphold Energuy's core values and vision.
