This position is critical as it involves guiding dentists through the complexities of evaluating and transitioning their practice, which is often their most valuable asset and a deeply emotional connection. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including selling and providing brokerage services, conducting practice valuations, and assisting in the negotiation of offers and transaction terms. You will also help secure financing, manage the closing process, and ensure a smooth post-transaction handoff and follow-up with clients. In this role, you will be expected to build and maintain relationships with dental practitioners, industry professionals, and key stakeholders. You will articulate the value proposition of Henry Schein Dental Practice Transition (HSDPT) services, sell valuation services, and facilitate successful transition outcomes for all parties involved. Your territory will primarily cover Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and an active real estate license is strongly preferred to enhance your effectiveness in this position. Your expertise will be essential in understanding the operations of a dental practice and the intricacies of practice acquisition financing. You will provide consultation to practitioners, helping them plan for the future sale of their practice while delivering a customized and superior client experience throughout the evaluation and transition process. You will also manage the stresses and uncertainties that may arise from initial conversations through to post-closing contacts, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed at every step of the transaction.
