Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Hematology/Oncology • Job Type: Locum Tenens (Locum-to-Perm) • Facility Location: Plymouth, IN • Service Setting: Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: March 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027 • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Shift Schedule:M–F, 8a–4:30p • Patient Demographics: Adults & Geriatrics • Patient Volume: 30 Outpatient per day • % of Practice: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology • Support Staff: Nurse Oncologist • Skills/Procedures: – Management of VAD/CV catheters – Bone marrow biopsy • Duties: – Participation on a tumor board – Management of bone marrow transplants – Ordering labs/tests – Blood bank involvement – Ordering imaging – Prescribing – Administration of chemotherapy (physician + nurse oncologist) • EMR: Epic • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements

• Active IN License
• BC (Board certified in one specialty and demonstrated the competence in the other)
• BLS
