This is a full-time position located at the Allina Health Cancer Institute in St. Paul, MN. The work schedule is Monday through Friday and is primarily a clinic focused role. This position works 10 hour days. You will be working alongside a collaborative team that includes Hematologists/Oncologists, Advanced Practice Providers, and various support services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support patients with solid tumors as well as hematology patients. Your responsibilities will include seeing patients in the clinic and covering the infusion center. Potential for future weekend rounding. Job Description: Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician/nurse team in accordance with the designated specialty. Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.
