About The Position

A not-for-profit, full-service acute care facility with 425 beds in East Texas seeks a BE/BC HemOnc to join its multi-disciplinary team to prepare to build a new Cancer Center. The position is for a Medical Director with experience preferred. The role involves a mix of 80% Oncology and/or 20% Hematology. This is a hospital-employed position with a guaranteed salary, bonus potential, and a sign-on bonus. The facility is H1b friendly and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
• Experience in a leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and operation of a new state-of-the-art cancer center.
• Oversee the relocation of the service line from the hospital to the new cancer center.
