Responsibilities

  • Welcome Customers: Provide a warm and friendly greeting to each guest as they arrive at the dealership, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Assess customer needs: For example, if they are looking for a new or Pre-Owned vehicle or if coming in for a scheduled appointment, alert the appropriate staff and introduce the customer to the staff member.
  • Direct Traffic Flow: Assist in guiding customers to the correct departments, such as sales, service, or finance, based on their needs.
  • Answer Basic Inquiries: Provide information about dealership hours, services, and basic vehicle information to help customers quickly find answers to common questions.
  • Support Customer Satisfaction: Offer a friendly presence, keeping an eye out for any needs or questions customers might have while waiting.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Communicate effectively with sales and management teams to ensure customers are assisted promptly.
  • Manage Visitor Logs: Keep track of customer visits via provided iPad and direct them to the appropriate representative.
  • Reviews: Offer happy customers direction on how to leave us a review on Google or Yelp.
