About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, dependable helpers to provide around-the-clock (24/7) care for a male senior client in his home. This role involves continuous support with daily living activities to ensure safety, comfort, and quality of life. To support full coverage, we are open to hiring 3–4 helpers to rotate shifts. Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Reliable, patient, and attentive
- Comfortable providing extended-hour or rotating shift coverage
- Experience with senior care preferred
- Must pass required background checks
