Responsibilities

• Help workshop personnel, including operators and trainee operators.
• Manage the scheduling of all shop work, coordinating with service managers and customers to ensure all work is completed on time.
• Ensure that all shop tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition, repairing and replacing equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed within the shop, reporting on progress to service managers and other stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE safety standards.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as domestic and international logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and materials.
• Support Engineers, Specialist, PSD, and JDL service efforts by responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all service work meets customer expectations.
