About The Position

Helper Overview: Harahan, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Helper. This position is primarily focused on pulling data and fiber optic cables and supporting the installation of CCTV, alarm monitoring systems, and cameras. Essential Duties: Assist with pulling and installing data and fiber optic cables. Support the setup and installation of CCTV, alarm monitoring systems, and cameras. Use ladders (up to 6 feet) safely to access work areas. Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled work hours. Adhere to safety protocols and complete any required training. Requirements/Skills: Familiarity with basic tools (provided by the company). Ability to work safely on ladders and elevated platforms. Must pass a drug test and background check. TWIC card is a plus but not required. Must be tech-savvy and able to assist with various technical tasks. Reliable transportation to drive or ride to the work site. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry materials as needed. Comfortable working on ladders and performing tasks at heights. Must be able to work a 40-hour week, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
