About The Position
Our Helpers are key to the success of our Manufacturing Shop. These are our “must haves” for this position:
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship (this is a requirement of our federal contracts)
- Submission to a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
- Forklift certification or the ability to qualify for forklift operation
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety requirements
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and measuring instruments accurately
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to work on time
- Ability to work any assigned shift and overtime as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach regularly throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to [40] pounds independently and occasionally more with assistance.
- Ability to use hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively.
- Ability to maintain visual and auditory attention in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed.
