About The Position
Driver Helper teams with Route Driver and assists in the collection of Waste and/or Recyclable material. This position requires working in accordance with Waste Management Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA requirements, and all local, state, and federal laws. The Driver Helper will report unsafe situations or service-related issues, attend training programs, and assist in loading and emptying containers into the truck. The role involves communicating with the Route Manager and Dispatch regarding service interruptions and customer requests.
