About The Position

The position requires an individual with industrial painting experience to perform various tasks related to painting and maintenance. The candidate must be able to assist other crafts when not actively engaged in painting projects and must adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. The role involves physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting, and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must have 2 plus years of industrial painting experience.
• Must possess all Knowledge Skills and Abilities for positions.
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements.
• Must be able and willing to follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Must have all required tools.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Current Zachry or Zachry ROF'ed employee.
• Former experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.
• Experience working with scaffolding, insulation, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Ability to identify all tools required for tasks.
• Ability to identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
• Assist in identifying and mixing paint and coatings as required.
• Assist in the construction, re-enforcement, and dismantling of pre-constructed concrete forms.
• Housekeeping/Cleanup of work areas.
