About The Position
Under general supervision, the Helper, All Sports Hourly is responsible for performing assigned duties to support various athletic events at HISD Sports Complex locations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 6 months
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to determine correct change
- Must be able to provide own transportation
Responsibilities
- Serves as ticket seller, ticket tearer, and/or ticket taker at HISD sporting events.
- Sells game tickets, takes ticket stubs, counts passes, and turns in tickets at the end of the third quarter of the event.
- May assist stadium director with money count.
- Works at concession stand.
- Prepares food, oversees money transactions, stocks supplies after the event, and cleans the stand after the game.
- May assist stadium director with money count.
- Acts as runner at HISD sporting event.
- Sets up field video, assists with final preparation for game (trouble shooting), and retrieves cameras.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
