As a Helpdesk Technician, you're pivotal in deploying and maintaining IT systems and applications. Your responsibilities encompass coordinating maintenance services, ensuring IT security compliance, managing incident/service request tickets, providing hands-on support and proactively creating IT procedures.

  • Execute general IT tasks, including backup procedures, antivirus, anti-malware, and PC systems.

  • Apply expertise in Google configurations and actively contribute to IT project management.
  • Implement strategies to address maritime IT challenges and mitigate cyber risks effectively.
  • Lead with strong interpersonal skills in a multi-country environment, demonstrating adaptability.
  • Exhibit integrity, resilience, creativity, and team spirit while actively engaging in problem-solving.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in the maritime industry.
  • Proven success in deploying and implementing IT systems and applications.
  • Adherence to vessel IT security policies and cyber security guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage incident/service request tickets within SLA.
  • Proactive creation and documentation of IT procedures as needed.
  • Effective communication and coordination with various service suppliers.
  • Practical knowledge in general IT practices, actively contributing to incident resolution and support.
