About The Position

A support technician is needed in our I.T. Department to assist employees with software issues, troubleshoot desktop hardware and manage our printer environment. The Helpdesk Technician provides computer and enterprise application support to all of our company employees. Ideal candidate will be motivated and knowledgeable in addition to having a friendly and professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Information Technology and / or related certifications and work experience
  • Established residency in Pennsylvania
  • Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record
  • Microsoft Product Experience including office products and operating systems
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting computer and printer related issues
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of team

Nice To Haves

  • A+ or Microsoft Certifications preferred
