We are seeking an onsite Help Desk Technician to support a fast‑paced environment and provide hands-on assistance across a wide range of devices and technology. This role handles imaging and deploying desktops, laptops, tablets, handheld scanners, and peripherals, while managing tickets and delivering Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, user access, and connectivity issues. The technician will troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and manufacturing‑floor equipment such as industrial PCs, HMIs, label printers, and scanners. Responsibilities also include maintaining inventory, supporting security updates, assisting with small IT projects, and ensuring minimal downtime for production teams. Ideal candidates are resourceful problem‑solvers who are comfortable learning on the fly—including troubleshooting unfamiliar equipment—and bring strong customer service, hardware support, imaging, and Active Directory skills. Spiceworks experience is a plus.
