About The Position
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Help Desk Support Technician to join our IT team and support 200+ users across a multi-location, multi-platform environment. The ideal candidate is motivated to provide top notch technical assistance to our entire team including interfacing with the executive and senior leadership team. You'll be the go-to for all hardware, software, and system needs, handling everything from user onboarding to server maintenance, and video conferencing. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across a wide range of tools and systems used throughout the company.
