About The Position

The Helpdesk Support Analyst at the University of Minnesota's Minnesota Supercomputing Institute (MSI) is responsible for providing technical assistance and customer service to faculty, staff, and students utilizing high-performance computing (HPC) resources. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, maintaining user-facing resources, and supporting research and computational services through effective communication and collaboration within the User Gateway Group (UGG).
