About The Position

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an IT Intern to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. Seeking a college student for a summer internship. The intern will assist in the IT Desktop Support tasks including providing technical support for end users in person, via phone or remote access. The intern will learn about IT service management and ITIL framework, put that into practice, and participate in supporting general hardware and software technical issues under the instructions of senior IT members and desktop support.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology discipline
• At least 2 years of college education completed
• Prior work or education experience in PC support

• Knowledge of MS Office applications/Office 365

• Strong communication skills and able to resolve basic computer issues
