We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our IT team as a Helpdesk & Gameday Specialist. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their technical skills in a fast-paced sports environment. You will provide daily technology support for staff and assist with IT operations during home games and events. In this role you will: Helpdesk Support Collaborate with IT Staff to resolve technical support tickets Respond in a timely manner to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and in-person support requests Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs, Macs, printers, copiers, mobile devices, and other shared office equipment Assist users with common applications including Microsoft 365, Box, RingCentral, Duo, and Adobe Creative Cloud Set up computers, monitors, and peripherals according to company standards Configure and troubleshoot basic network issues, including Wi-Fi connections and local area network (LAN) access Maintain accurate asset inventory and coordinate proper disposal or recycling of outdated equipment Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff while maintaining ownership of end-user communication Help create and maintain IT documentation, FAQs, and user guides Perform other duties as assigned Gameday and Event Support Set up and test IT systems before games and special events Conduct routine checks to ensure systems run smoothly on gameday Monitor helpdesk channels during events and respond quickly to technical issues Assist with check-in, return, and inventory tracking of NBA IT equipment Document gameday procedures and help with post-event wrap-up Communicate technical issues clearly and calmly, even in high-pressure situations
