About The Position

The Level 1-2 Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing both onsite and remote technical support to clients in the Savannah, GA area. This hybrid role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth IT operations. The technician will respond to help desk tickets, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Level 1-2 help desk or IT support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both onsite and remote environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a personable demeanor is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a hybrid setup.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Savannah, GA area.
