About The Position

Help Desk Technician hours: 1400-2200 days: Sun-Thur Essential Job Functions: Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems. Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists. Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. Qualifications: AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly Security+ CE & PWS 9.1 Pursuant to a customer requirement, this position is contingent on providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination or submitting to regular COVID-19 testing at your own expense.” Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements The likely hourly rate for this position is between $28.93 - $39.10. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements

  • 8 + years of related experience
  • US Citizenship Required
  • AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
  • TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly
  • Security+ CE & PWS 9.1
  • Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements
