As a Help Desk Technician, you provide technical support to our internal users. The How… Your focus is on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with systems, network and server maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems and addressing/resolving helpdesk tickets. You will utilize your experience in a help desk support role to promptly respond to help desk requests and provide technical support. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate them as needed. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components and collaborate with the IT team to ensure the efficient operation of all systems.
