About The Position

As a Help Desk Technician, you provide technical support to our internal users. The How… Your focus is on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with systems, network and server maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems and addressing/resolving helpdesk tickets. You will utilize your experience in a help desk support role to promptly respond to help desk requests and provide technical support. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate them as needed. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components and collaborate with the IT team to ensure the efficient operation of all systems. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
A High School Degree is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant areas of study is highly preferred
Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-oriented approach
