As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide our Derse teams with day-to-day support for all hardware, software, and system applications to employees. This position must reside within the Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, and comes with a unique challenge and set of responsibilities. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or Associate degree in Computer Science and/or 2 + years experience in IT support related position
  • Highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and able to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Requires occasional weekend hours
  • Possess strong organization / communication skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Windows Server is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and analyze user hardware and software problems
  • Install, configure and deploy user hardware and software
  • Support and troubleshoot MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Windows 11 and Active Directory, MAC OS
  • Provide training to company personnel on hardware and software use
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware and software owned by the company
  • Assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation of all operations, procedures, and systems as they pertain to the computer operations
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions with staff
