About The Position

FlexStaff is seeking a Help Desk Technician to complete its four-person Helpdesk team at our clients Law Firm. The position is in the firm’s Hackensack, New Jersey office. The position involves providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and mobile devices, supporting video conferences through Teams and Zoom, maintaining equipment inventory, and documenting support activity in the Firm’s ticketing system. Candidates should have significant experience with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook and Word), and iManage (strongly preferred). The Firm has high expectations for the contributions of its team members in terms of customer service, responsiveness, attention to detail, and ownership of their work. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal ability, and the aptitude to learn new tasks quickly. The role requires adherence to established procedures, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required by a team member every few months, along with a couple of additional trips each year by some team members for office buildouts and expansions. The position also requires A law firm or professional services background is preferred.
