About The Position
Stillwater Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician in their Omaha, NE office. This role works as part of a team to provide a full set of support services in a Windows desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software for internal and remote employees. You will be responsible for the daily operational use of the Company's PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and PC maintenance, upgrades and configuration management. The successful candidate will be willing and able to work business hours as assigned as well as willing to work off hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
