  • Provide vital technical support to clients and employees experiencing issues with automated systems.
  • Identify the source of problems and determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Coach users through the resolution process.
  • Document each reported problem using the IT service management (ITSM) system.
  • Assist with software installations, upgrades, and application walkthroughs.
  • Provide corporate training in both classroom and video formats.
  • Associate degree (minimum) in computer science or information systems and 1+ years of related experience OR equivalent in training and experience.
  • Knowledge about PC hardware, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, thin clients, printers, phones, faxes, and copiers.
  • Knowledge about operating systems, such as MS Windows 8, Apple OSX, iOS, and Android.
  • Experience with MS Suite, Visio, and Lync.
  • Experience with browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari.
  • Willingness to do some overnight traveling.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
  • Computing Technology Industry Association A+ (CompTIA A+) certification.
