The Help Desk Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient technology operations for the university community. As the go-to person for technical support, you'll guide and assist users across all levels with a range of PC-based software and hardware issues. You'll be the face of our Technology Services Help Desk, delivering expert help and solutions. In addition, you'll provide dedicated support to the Roseman Medical Group (RMG) Clinic in Las Vegas, with occasional travel required to address on-site needs.
