Requirements

  • 1-2 years of IT support or help desk experience
  • Basic knowledge of computers, networks, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Utah driver's license and ability to travel to local store locations

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and devices
  • Support store operations technology and daily system needs
  • Document tickets and escalate issues when needed
  • Assist with employee onboarding and technology setup
