GoEngineer is looking for a Help Desk Technician I to join our team. GoEngineer is headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT and has sales and training centers throughout the United States. The Help Desk Technician I will serve as the first point of contact for internal users, providing Tier-1 technical support and ensuring smooth access to core IT services.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or at least 1-2 years industry equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure Entra ID.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong customer service mindset with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing multiple requests.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of macOS operating systems preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline technical support and assistance to end users.
- Perform basic account administration and access support.
- Troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate on issue escalation.
- Assist with onboarding and technology setup for new users.
