Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a help desk environment
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft or Mac Desktop environments
  • Knowledge of windows active directory environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assigned duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to submitted trouble tickets resulting in resolution or escalation
  • Image/Update/Encrypt desktop PCs and laptops
  • Inventory/Check out IT equipment
  • Provide desktop support for internal and remote staff
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
