About The Position

A System Support Technician will be responsible for answering the telephone and addressing issues relating to the Point-of-Sale System.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Nice To Haves

  • Grocery and convenience store knowledge preferred.
  • Prior Help Desk and or customer service experience a plus.
  • Relevant postsecondary education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering and troubleshooting calls received from retail stores.
  • Working knowledge of store procedures and equipment.
  • Traveling to stores to install equipment and train employees.
  • Perform on-site repairs, upgrades, and other preventive maintenance.
  • On call rotation for afterhours emergencies.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
