We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Technician to join our Corporate IT team at our corporate headquarters in Frederick, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in supporting Windows computers and software, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work a full-time schedule on-site at headquarters in Frederick, MD. This role also involves junior-level SaaS solutions engineering responsibilities as needed, with an expectation of evolving into more of a dedicated SaaS solutions engineering role.
