About The Position

Help Desk Student Associates provide technical support to the entire university community through phone, online, and walk up services.

Requirements

  • 15 hour per week with the availability to work up to 35 hours a week.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Current UMW student
  • Previous customer service experience
