Expression is looking for an experienced Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for answering questions and managing requests related to information systems. You will work with customer requests using platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, JAMF, Confluence, JIRA, and other SaaS platforms. You will be operating in a mixed Windows/ Mac OS user environment and using Jamf and Microsoft InTune for mobile device management. This includes IT services such as operating systems troubleshooting, account administration, network configuration, application deployment, IT operations, and IT support. You should be knowledgeable and customer-oriented, possessing strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a problem-solving aptitude.
