About The Position

Meets all qualifications and skills of a Journeyman plus independently manages multiple complex work assignments with minimal oversight and review. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Demonstrated experience serving customers who need technical assistance via phone or e-mail; troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and/or software issues, and providing quick resolution and customer service. Demonstrated experience working help desk issues in a classified environment, excellent oral and written communication skills. Minimum 6 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. In addition, shall possess a degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Minimum 6 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • A degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Demonstrated experience serving customers who need technical assistance via phone or e-mail
  • Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and/or software issues
  • Experience providing quick resolution and customer service
  • Demonstrated experience working help desk issues in a classified environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
