About The Position

The Help Desk Specialist - Tier 1 at FEI Systems is responsible for providing first-level support to LTSS Maryland customers. This role involves answering customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution. The specialist will document incidents, manage them to closure, and assist in creating customer-facing documentation, all while working in a fast-paced environment.
