As a helpdesk specialist, you will provide technical support to over 900 home office employees and more than 2,000 advisors and their staff. The role requires a proactive problem solver with exceptional customer service skills, and a positive, can-do attitude is essential. This is a full-time opportunity, working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST with a 60-minute lunch break.
