About The Position

IT Help Desk Specialist We are seeking an IT professional to deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, and related endpoint technologies across the organization. This role is responsible for building and maintaining standard workstation images, performing hardware and software upgrades, patching, and security updates, and configuring endpoint security solutions such as VPNs, antivirus, firewalls, access controls, and backups. The position also includes diagnosing and resolving complex endpoint and mobile device issues, managing vendors, software licensing, and asset inventories, and maintaining accurate system, asset, and compliance documentation to support a strong cybersecurity posture. The ideal candidate provides timely, high‑quality technical support to employees, serving as a primary point of contact and resolving issues in accordance with service level agreements while managing support tickets and providing backup coverage for Help Desk staff as needed. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects. An associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of experience supporting and deploying computer systems. This role is required to be onsite and includes occasional travel to company locations and work outside normal business hours to support installations, upgrades, and critical issue resolution. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
