About The Position

Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Specialist II (HDS II) at Washington, DC. This is a great full-time opportunity. The Help Desk Specialist II provides technical and customer support to the SEC Facilities Branch, serving as the primary point of contact for Facilities Help Desk requests via email and phone. This role ensures timely responses, manages work orders, coordinates with vendors, and supports move management, ergonomic programs, and transportation services.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities, help desk, or related support role.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to Facilities requests (email/phone) within 15 minutes.
  • Create, assign, and track work orders; maintain records and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and SEC staff on facilities-related needs.
  • Support relocation projects, ergonomic evaluations, and large event coordination.
  • Manage furniture locking controls and track paper inventory.
