About The Position

Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Specialist I (HDS I) at Washington, DC. This is a great full-time opportunity. The Help Desk Specialist I provides support to the SEC Facilities Branch by monitoring and responding to Facilities Help Desk emails and phone calls (M–F, 7:00am–6:00pm, excluding Federal Holidays). This role ensures timely, high-quality service to staff and assists with facilities, space management, and move coordination activities.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with work order systems, email platforms, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of facilities, moves, or furniture coordination a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Facilities Help Desk requests within 15 minutes.
  • Track, update, and close work orders; maintain department files.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating office moves and relocations.
  • Support furniture installation, removal, and reconfiguration.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and SEC teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide reports on open/closed work orders and project status.
