What we offer: Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 Group health, vision, and dental coverage at affordable rates, along with family coverage if you choose to purchase it. Discounted membership at the YMCA. Job Functions: The Help Desk Support Level II’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading all PC hardware, software and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests.
