Impinj has an exciting opportunity for an IT Help Desk Intern to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support and develop technical and problem-solving skills. The IT Help Desk provides customer service through the lens of technology support. We assist with break/fix solutions while also fulfilling service requests. Additionally, we maintain a physical inventory of equipment in our Fairview and Beacon Hill offices in Seattle. The IT Help Desk Intern will have an opportunity to receive hands on training on systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, Teams Admin Center, Jamf, and more. This role will require on-site presence at our Fairview and Beacon Hill offices.
