About The Position

The Help Desk Intern position is designed for students who are looking to gain practical experience in the field of Information Technology. This role involves assisting the Help Desk Team in providing quality technology support under the direct supervision of the Help Desk Supervisor. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of Information Services and Technology, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.
