About The Position

Zirous is seeking a Help Desk Engineer who is eager to work with a variety of technologies and to continue to develop their technical expertise. The position will serve clients with daily support of their technology environment acting as the main point of contact for all technical needs. The role involves identifying and performing proactive maintenance and updates, maintaining a ticketing system, and providing technical assistance and training to system users. The Help Desk Engineer will also coordinate with the Zirous technical team and client teams on strategy and implementation details, onboard new customers, and provide training and guidance to new help desk technicians.
