About The Position

Provide IT support for GreenPoint Ag employees. The role involves utilizing a ticket tracking system to document all support incidents, creating and maintaining detailed Helpdesk documentation, and identifying opportunities for automation. The position also includes participating in research, planning, scoping, implementation, and ongoing support for projects, maintaining inventory of hardware, software, and support assets, and enforcing IT standards while educating employees about compliance issues.
